Job Summary

A company is looking for a Maternal Behavioral Health Care Navigator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist mothers in navigating healthcare services, including mental health care and wellness programs
• Serve as a supportive point of contact for mothers experiencing mental health challenges
• Identify and refer patients to appropriate mental health services and community resources

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in maternal health, behavioral health, or case management is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of perinatal mental health disorders
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
• Familiarity with healthcare systems, insurance, and patient advocacy
