Job Summary
A company is looking for a Maternal Behavioral Health Care Navigator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist mothers in navigating healthcare services, including mental health care and wellness programs
- Serve as a supportive point of contact for mothers experiencing mental health challenges
- Identify and refer patients to appropriate mental health services and community resources
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in maternal health, behavioral health, or case management is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of perinatal mental health disorders
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
- Familiarity with healthcare systems, insurance, and patient advocacy
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and documentation
