Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake and Engagement Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct phone consultations with prospective patients to screen for fit and explain therapy processes
• Manage patient intake communication through phone, text, and scheduling of consultations
• Maintain patient records in CRM, monitor conversion rates, and participate in ongoing training

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in healthcare administration preferred
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare customer service or patient engagement
• Proficiency in healthcare software and CRM systems
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy practices
• Direct patient experience in maternal health or mental health care
