Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage incoming maintenance requests through ticketing systems
- Process updates to existing client and matter records, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with billing and finance teams to ensure accuracy of billing requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a law firm
- Prior law firm or financial analysis experience preferred
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with legal and business intake platforms and research tools
- Strong project coordination skills, with experience supporting enterprise-wide initiatives being a plus
