Job Summary

A company is looking for a Matter Maintenance Specialist to manage and process client and matter updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage incoming maintenance requests through ticketing systems
• Process updates to existing client and matter records, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with billing and finance teams to ensure accuracy of billing requirements

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a law firm
• Prior law firm or financial analysis experience preferred
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with legal and business intake platforms and research tools
• Strong project coordination skills, with experience supporting enterprise-wide initiatives being a plus
