Maximo Applications Developer

Job Summary

Experienced in IBM Maximo, the full-time Staff Enterprise Applications Developer will design, develop, and support applications on the Maximo platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions while working onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex business challenges and translate them into Maximo-based solutions
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment
• Enhance Maximo through configurations, workflows, automation scripts, and reporting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 8-12 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 5-7 years, or a PhD with 2-4 years
• Extensive experience with IBM Maximo, including implementation, configuration, and customization
• Proficiency in Python, Jython, JavaScript, SQL, and XML for automation and integrations
• Strong understanding of Maximo architecture and integration frameworks
• Experience building complex BIRT reports and implementing workflow processes
