Maximo Configuration Lead

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Maximo Configuration Lead will manage configuration control, data governance, and workflow discipline to ensure compliance and efficiency in CMMS processes.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit, generate, and schedule preventive maintenance tasks in Maximo
• Validate data quality, configure job plans, and ensure compliance with reporting requirements
• Develop and coordinate a master schedule for vendor support and maintenance work orders

Required qualifications

• Eligibility to obtain a DoD Secret clearance
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Five years of experience in business analytics, scheduling, and project management
• Minimum five years of experience managing and utilizing Maximo 6.x and/or 7.x
• Experience with implementation and configuration of IBM Maximo solutions
