Maximo Configuration Specialist

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and motivated, the remote Maximo Junior Configuration Specialist will support the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the IBM Maximo asset management ecosystem, working alongside senior administrators and business analysts to enhance system functionality and troubleshoot technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, maintain, and support IBM Maximo applications and modules, implementing system enhancements and ensuring alignment with organizational standards
• Perform unit testing and validation for new configurations, enhancements, and system patches while troubleshooting and resolving configuration defects
• Create and maintain system documentation, configuration records, and user guides, supporting data imports and report development using Maximo tools

Required Qualifications:

• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Public Trust
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Maximo, enterprise asset management software, or complex ERP systems
• Basic understanding of asset management lifecycle and maintenance operations
• Foundational understanding of relational databases and data structures
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
