Job Summary

Serving as both a Technical Account Manager and Project Manager, the Remote Maximo Consultant will lead the deployment and optimization of IBM Maximo Application Suite, manage client relationships, and provide technical guidance to enhance client outcomes on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead working sessions to understand and document client business requirements
• Develop project deliverables such as process diagrams, use cases, and functional design documents
• Orchestrate support activities and manage escalations to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery

Required qualifications:

• 5 years of experience working with IBM Maximo and MAS solutions
• 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing integrated enterprise asset management systems
• Strong project team technical leadership experience with successful Maximo and MAS project implementations
• Ability to convert functional requirements into technical specifications
• Experience creating and updating advanced technical documentation
