Maximo Delivery Project Executive

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Maximo Delivery Project Executive (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of large-scale Maximo projects, upgrades, and cloud migrations
• Serve as the senior point of escalation for clients, ensuring strong partnership and stakeholder alignment
• Own the project P&L, including forecasting, margin management, and budget adherence

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience delivering complex enterprise software implementations
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Maximo or Maximo Application Suite (MAS)
• Proven track record managing multimillion-dollar programs with global or distributed teams
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, hybrid delivery)
• Ability to navigate high-pressure delivery environments and complex client organizations
