Key Responsibilities

• Provide application support for IBM Maximo, including issue analysis and resolution
• Perform configuration, customization, and development of Maximo applications and workflows
• Manage system integrations with third-party applications and monitor system performance

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Maximo development and support
• Strong expertise in Java, J2EE, SQL, BIRT reporting, and automation scripting
• Solid understanding of Maximo architecture and database structures
• Experience with Maximo integration frameworks and web services
• Proven track record in system support and troubleshooting in production environments
