MD Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced MD Claims Adjuster, the fully remote position will investigate automobile accident claims, applying analytical skills to determine coverage, liability, and damages while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and confirm facts of loss for automobile accidents, adjusting and negotiating claims within authority limits
• Collaborate with fraud and subrogation teams to achieve optimal outcomes for complex claims
• Identify customer needs and utilize effective customer service skills to address them efficiently

Required Qualifications

• Experience in claims adjusting, specifically in material damage and automobile accidents
• Strong understanding of insurance policies and coverage investigation
• Proven ability to apply de-escalation techniques and effective communication skills
• Resides in the CST, MST, or EST time zones
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams
