Key Responsibilities

• Investigates and confirms facts of loss for automobile accidents
• Determines coverage, liability, and damages while adjusting and negotiating claims
• Identifies customer needs and utilizes appropriate customer service skills to meet those needs

Required Qualifications

• Experience in claims adjusting, preferably in material damage
• Basic understanding of insurance policies and industry standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks
• Located preferably in CST or EST time zones
• Familiarity with systems and technology used in claims processing
