Key Responsibilities

• Investigates and confirms facts of loss for automobile accidents
• Determines coverage, liability, and damages while negotiating claims
• Identifies customer needs and provides appropriate service throughout the claims process

Required Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end claims ownership
• Knowledge of liability assessment and coverage investigation
• Familiarity with insurance policies and industry standards
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Located preferably in CST or MST time zones
