Job Summary

A company is looking for a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).

Key Responsibilities

Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support
Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
MD Licensed Behavior Analyst required
1+ years of experience in ABA, preferably with remote-based experience
Bilingual BCBAs in English & Spanish preferred
