MD Licensed Director of Pathology

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Translational Pathology.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build internal digital pathology capabilities and manage partnerships for translational pathology plans
• Lead the strategic direction of translational pathology and support data generation for assigned assets
• Provide expertise to ensure access to advanced translational pathology strategies and evaluate their scientific basis and applicability

Required Qualifications

• 5 or more years of post-doctoral and relevant industry experience in pathology-driven translational research
• Experience with digital/computational pathology technologies and translational research
• MD or MD PhD with Anatomic Pathology board certification required
• Deep knowledge in pathology-based and biomarker technologies, including immunohistochemistry and digital pathology
• Demonstrated ability to define clear translational strategies aligned with clinical development
