Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager, MD Oncology.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior program leadership presence, leveraging direct oncology experience to inform strategy and drive program outcomes
• Establish and maintain program governance frameworks and decision-making structures across multi-site healthcare transformation efforts
• Lead executive-level engagement with federal healthcare leadership and ensure cohesive program execution across clinical and operational teams

Required Qualifications

• MD required with oncology specialty
• Active or former VA clinical experience with knowledge of VA healthcare systems and operations
• 15+ years of experience in healthcare, combining clinical practice and program or operational leadership
• 8+ years of direct oncology experience, including large-scale program implementation
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance; U.S. Citizenship required
