Job Summary

A company is looking for a Represented Moderate/Complex Bodily Injury Adjuster (MD, VA, DC) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and/or bodily injury with attorney/litigation involvement
• Assess coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional customer service
• Communicate with customers and attorneys through various channels and negotiate fair injury settlements

Required Qualifications

• Must reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zones
• Experience in claims adjusting or a related field
• Familiarity with negotiation processes and settlement practices
• Ability to work remotely and manage responsibilities effectively
• Proficient in using innovative platforms and tools for communication and case management
