MD, VA Licensed Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Managing complex workers compensation claims, the fully remote Senior Claims Adjuster for MD and VA will analyze claims exposure, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve workers compensation claims while making informed decisions
• Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support the outcome of claims

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years related claims experience, specifically in workers compensation
• Active Adjusters' licenses for MD and VA or reciprocal
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with claims and business software
