MDM Data Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on, collaborative MDM Data Engineer for a 6-12 month contract-to-hire position, working remotely during EST hours, responsible for designing and implementing scalable cloud-native data architectures and solutions across AWS while managing data pipelines and building APIs for analytics and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, cloud-native data architectures using AWS services
• Manage data pipelines from ingestion to modeling, ensuring efficient data flow
• Build APIs to support analytics, reporting, and business intelligence needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in data architecture, engineering, or similar roles
• 3+ years of hands-on programming experience with Python
• Proficient with AWS services including Lambda, Glue, S3, DynamoDB, Athena, Redshift, and Snowflake
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to write performant queries across various data stores
