MDM Data Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing data platform team, the contract-to-hire MDM Data Engineer will design and implement scalable, cloud-native data architectures and solutions on AWS while collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage data pipelines and build APIs for analytics and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable and secure data pipelines and cloud-native architectures on AWS
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT workflows using AWS Glue, Lambda, and Python for data integration
• Develop and optimize APIs to enable seamless data access for business intelligence and analytics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in data architecture, engineering, or similar roles
• 3+ years of hands-on programming experience with Python
• 3+ years of experience building and managing ETL/ELT data pipelines
• Proficient with AWS services, including Lambda, Glue, S3, and Redshift
