MDM Engineering Manager
Job Summary
Leading the engineering and operational excellence of the enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) platform, the full-time MDM Engineering Manager will manage the technology roadmap, oversee implementation and support, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own the technology roadmap and operational health of the MDM platform, ensuring scalability and reliability
- Lead the implementation of MDM capabilities, APIs, and platform enhancements using Agile delivery practices
- Mentor and develop a geographically distributed team of MDM engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience with enterprise Master Data Management, including hands-on experience with platforms like Informatica IDMC
- 2+ years of experience leading technical teams or mentoring engineers
- Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL for data analysis and performance tuning
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies such as SAFe or Scrum
