Job Summary

A company is looking for a MDM Service Desk Team Lead to join a Managed Service provider on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead escalation calls/chats, set expectations, provide status updates, coordinate next steps, and document outcomes
  • Utilize CRM to record, track, and manage inquiries
  • Review reports and follow up on pending tickets
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong MDM technical depth
  • Experience with postpaid mobility carriers
