Job Summary
A company is looking for a MDM Service Desk Team Lead to join a Managed Service provider on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead escalation calls/chats, set expectations, provide status updates, coordinate next steps, and document outcomes
- Utilize CRM to record, track, and manage inquiries
- Review reports and follow up on pending tickets
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Strong MDM technical depth
- Experience with postpaid mobility carriers
