MDR Security Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance global MDR operations, the full-time MDR Security Engineer will build and operate automation systems, manage SOAR playbooks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve incident response and detection quality.

Key responsibilities

• Upkeep the design, development, and lifecycle of SOAR playbooks and integrations across the MDR platform
• Build and operate production-grade automation systems for alert triage, investigation, and response
• Define and drive automation strategy by identifying and scaling high-impact SOC processes

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Security Operations, MDR, Incident Response, or Security Engineering
• 2-3+ years of hands-on experience with SOAR platforms and security automation
• Proven experience operating production-grade automation workflows in a SOC/MDR environment
• Strong scripting/development skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash) and experience with APIs and integrations
• Experience with enterprise security technologies (SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, IAM/AD)
