MDS Estimator
Job Summary
Working remotely full-time, the MDS Estimator will manage mitigation assignments from start to finish, writing estimates using Xactimate and Cotality while ensuring effective communication among Franchise Owners, Operations Managers, Technicians, and insurance companies during the hours of 11am to 8pm EST, Monday through Friday.
Key responsibilities
- Track mitigation assignments and maintain accurate assignment records
- Write detailed Mitigation, Fire, Contents, and Rebuild estimates using Xactimate and Cotality
- Communicate claim updates and provide exceptional customer service to various stakeholders
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of estimating experience in Cotality or Symbility
- Xactimate estimating experience
- Comfortable using various software systems in a data entry heavy role
