MDU Enablement Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coordinator-MDU Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage MDU Enablement Engineering Work Orders (EWOs) and ensure timely updates and status checks
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to facilitate site surveys, installations, and ongoing work
• Report drop order statuses and collaborate with Field Services for inventory management improvements

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree (or higher) -OR- 2+ years professional work experience
• 6+ months' administrative support experience with customer interaction -OR- military service with honorable discharge
• Understanding of telecommunications industry, products, and services
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to rapid changes
• Experience in keeping departments informed of relevant developments
