MEAL Manager

Job Summary

Providing leadership in monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning, the full-time remote Manager, MEAL will enhance data quality and decision support systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure actionable data is available for stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage MEAL initiatives to strengthen data systems, tools, and approaches across programs
• Lead the development and maintenance of data collection and management processes, ensuring data quality assurance
• Compile and analyze program data for reporting, supporting effective communication of insights through various formats

Required qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in public health, social science, statistics, evaluation, or a related field
• Minimum 6 years of experience in designing and implementing M&E or MEAL activities for complex programs
• Demonstrated mastery of measurement, analytical, and evaluation techniques
• Deep experience with data systems and analytical tools, including statistical software and survey programs
• Experience conducting surveys, including design, implementation, and data analysis
