Measurement Strategist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operator in Residence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead measurement strategy and manage the full measurement conversation for a portfolio of Compass brands
• Translate measurement outputs into actionable decisions for marketing channels and budget allocations
• Support sales as a subject matter expert by providing operator credibility and insights during high-value prospect conversations

Required Qualifications

• Real operator experience with accountability for marketing performance at a brand generating $50M-$500M in revenue
• Measurement literacy with an understanding of various measurement methods like last-click, MTA, MMM, and incrementality testing
• 5+ years of experience in managing or overseeing paid media across platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok
• Omnichannel fluency in running marketing across DTC, Amazon, wholesale, and retail
• Strong executive-level communication skills for high-stakes discussions with stakeholders
