Measurement Success Manager

Job Summary

To support clients in maximizing the value of their podcast campaigns, the full-time Measurement Success Manager will respond to inquiries, set up campaign measurement, and monitor performance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client questions through email and support channels
• Set up measurement for campaigns across advertisers, agencies, and publishers
• Lead Zoom trainings to help clients navigate the platform and understand their campaign performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong command of Excel and Google Sheets formulas
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and stay organized across multiple accounts
• Curiosity and clear communication skills
