Key Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary modeling teams across complex architectural and engineering projects
• Supervise and mentor modelers, ensuring adherence to best practices, project standards, and timelines
• Conduct Quality Control reviews and manage RFIs and RFCs efficiently

Required Qualifications

• Engineering degree (civil or mechanical)
• 5+ years of experience using Revit and Navisworks for large-scale MEP projects
• Skilled in QAQC and managing project budgets with a focus on cost control
• Experience managing teams of modelers and direct client interactions
• Strong understanding of project scope, requirements, and technical documentation
