Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mechanical BIM Specialist (Prefab).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform highly detailed mechanical modeling for prefabrication workflows
• Collaborate with U.S.-based teams on complex construction projects
• Ensure compliance with project-specific Level of Development (LOD) requirements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Advanced level of Revit with a focus on mechanical modeling
• Advanced student or graduate in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience with complex projects such as hospitals or institutional buildings
• Proficiency in working with LOD 400-450 models
• Upper Intermediate level of English for technical conversations
