Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mechanical Claims Adjuster (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Adjudicates claims within approval limits and according to department and industry standards
• Documents all actions and interactions with repair facilities and customers in internal systems
• Manages pending claims and follows up with repair facilities to ensure timely decisions

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in automotive mechanical and diagnostics
• Strong understanding of automotive systems, repair procedures, and pricing
• Proficiency in typing and general computer skills
• Ability to work in a high-volume, collaborative environment
