Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mechanical Claims Adjuster (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Adjudicate claims within approval limits and in accordance with department and industry standards
• Document all actions and interactions with repair facilities and customers within internal systems
• Manage pending claims and follow up with repair facilities to make timely decisions

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in automotive mechanical and diagnostics
• Strong understanding of automotive systems, repair procedures, and parts pricing
• Proficient in typing and general computer skills
• Comfortable in a high-volume, collaborative environment
