A company is looking for a Mechanical Claims Adjuster (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Adjudicates claims within approval limits and in accordance with standards
• Documents all actions and interactions with repair facilities and customers
• Manages pending claims and follows up with repair facilities for timely decisions

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in automotive mechanical and diagnostics
• Strong understanding of automotive systems and repair procedures
• Proficient in typing and general computer skills
• Comfortable in a high-volume, collaborative environment
