Job Summary
Working in a hybrid schedule with 2 office days and 3 remote days, the Mechanical Claims Specialist will analyze automotive and mechanical claims, explain repairs to clients, and provide exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and process automotive and mechanical claims efficiently
- Communicate repair details clearly to clients over the phone
- Utilize multiple computer systems for claims processing and customer service
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in automotive or mechanical fields
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to adapt to call-center or claims-processing environments
- Proficiency in using various computer systems
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
