Job Summary

Working in a hybrid schedule with 2 office days and 3 remote days, the Mechanical Claims Specialist will analyze automotive and mechanical claims, explain repairs to clients, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities
  • Analyze and process automotive and mechanical claims efficiently
  • Communicate repair details clearly to clients over the phone
  • Utilize multiple computer systems for claims processing and customer service
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in automotive or mechanical fields
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to adapt to call-center or claims-processing environments
  • Proficiency in using various computer systems
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
