Job Summary

A company is looking for a Semiconductor Mechanical Design Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical systems and components for semiconductor equipment using CAD software
• Conduct engineering analysis to ensure design integrity and performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize mechanical designs and generate manufacturing documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in semiconductor or high-precision machinery industries
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software for part and assembly design
• Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) software for structural and thermal analysis
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials selection for demanding environments
