Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for Mechanical Design Engineers to design and develop avionics enclosure hardware for lunar vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop avionics enclosure hardware for lunar spacecraft systems
• Create 3D CAD models, assemblies, part drawings, and related documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design meets system level constraints

Required Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline
• 4+ years of related experience in mechanical design
• Strong proficiency with Creo for 3D modeling and drafting
• Experience designing components for electronics or constrained environments
• US citizenship or possession of a Green Card due to sensitive government technology work
