Mechanical Design Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to lead the design and analysis of Turbine Hot Gas Path and Rotor components.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical design and evaluation of Heavy Duty and Aeroderivative gas turbine components
• Execute hardware designs ensuring adherence to business standards and program requirements
• Participate in and lead formal technical reviews, presenting outputs to Controlled Title Holders

Required Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years of experience in mechanical design
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Strong background in design for manufacturability
• Experience with ANSYS and NX software
• Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration in engineering projects
