Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mechanical Dispatcher II (FleetNet).

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and assign all open events for fleet operations
• Verify authorization and dispatch the appropriate service provider for repairs
• Inform customers of estimated arrival times and address any issues or inquiries

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree/certification with 5 years of experience
• Experience in dispatching for breakdowns and/or medium to heavy-duty vehicle maintenance
• Strong knowledge of dispatching and multitasking
• Preferred degree in a related discipline or industry experience
• Availability for varying shifts in a 24/7/365 environment
