Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to support their fleet of gas turbines in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

Support the fleet of gas turbines as a hot gas path (HGP) engineer
Build 2D and 3D finite element models of turbine components and perform various analyses
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and present findings in design reviews

Required Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering, or a relevant discipline
Master of Science in Engineering is preferred
4-5 years of engineering design experience in gas turbine engines
2 years of experience in Classic Ansys and mechanical design
Knowledge of GD&T standards and experience with PLM or Teamcenter tools
