Mechanical Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join their New Products Development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and introduce automation equipment for material handling in semiconductor manufacturing
• Provide technical leadership for engineering programs from concept through production
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customers to identify new automation opportunities and resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred) with 2 to 5 years of experience
• Experience in designing multi-axis electro-mechanical precision automation with embedded software and controls
• Proficiency in CAD with Solid Modeling (Creo/ProE preferred) and Finite Element Analysis (ANSYS preferred)
• Experience with prototyping and DVT testing in a lab environment
• Knowledge of vacuum system design for semiconductor applications is a plus
