Mechanical Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to support the design, development, integration, and testing of mechanical subsystems for defense applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Support mechanical design, analysis, prototyping, and test activities for defense-related systems and subsystems
• Develop CAD models, drawings, and documentation in accordance with engineering standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist in subsystem trade studies to meet system and mission requirements

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience in mechanical design, development, or testing
• Experience with CAD tools such as SolidWorks, Creo, or CATIA
• Familiarity with mechanical engineering principles including structures, materials, and manufacturing processes
