Mechanical Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to design reciprocating compressor valves and apply technologies for performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and analyze compressor components and systems using metals, plastics, and composites
• Research customer design proposals and select suitable materials based on application requirements
• Build and operate custom test rigs to evaluate component performance and improve product designs

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• One (1) year of related experience required
• Experience with DFM/DFA design methodology and Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing
• Proficiency in tolerance stack-up analysis and 3D CAD modeling
