Mechanical Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to work remotely on engineering and consulting projects in the oil and gas sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Review vendor data for correctness and utilize it in design development
• Lead in drafting and updating comprehensive project plans and create detailed AutoCAD drawings
• Produce complete 3D models for small stations and equipment using Cad Worx, ensuring compliance with industry standards

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Certificate in CAD, Drafting, or Design from an accredited institution
• 10+ years of experience using AutoCAD and Cad Worx software for Oil and Gas Mechanical design
• Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations for the Oil and Gas industry
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, schematics, and specifications
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Cad Worx, Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Word
