Mechanical Engineer

Job Summary

To support innovative engineering collaboration, the full-time Mechanical Engineer will work remotely to integrate real-world engineering expertise into product development, enhance engineering workflows, and bridge communication between technical and non-technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Bring real-world engineering expertise into CoLab's product development process
• Work closely with Product and Design teams to improve engineering workflows inside CoLab
• Partner with customers to understand design review challenges and collaboration bottlenecks

Required qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
• Experience in product development, manufacturing, or related industries
• Familiarity with CAD systems and engineering review workflows
• Experience bringing products to market and working iteratively on designs
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams
