Mechanical Engineer with PE License

Job Summary

To support large-scale data center projects, the remote Mechanical Engineer with PE License will design mechanical systems, oversee project execution from concept to construction, and ensure compliance with performance and code requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design mechanical and piping systems for hyperscale data center projects
• Review and guide work from external engineering consultants while maintaining design standards
• Coordinate with internal teams, utilities, and construction partners throughout the project lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field
• 4-7 years of experience designing mechanical systems for large-scale facilities
• Experience with cooling systems and mechanical infrastructure in data centers
• Working knowledge of mechanical and plumbing codes and standards
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
