Mechanical Engineering Associate Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Mechanical team, the full-time Associate Manager, Mechanical will oversee engineering associates, ensure project completion and compliance with regulations, and foster collaboration with architects and designers in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and support the Mechanical team to achieve high-quality project outcomes
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and codes while meeting project deadlines
• Promote collaboration across integrated teams of architects, designers, and engineers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure preferred but not required
• Experience managing teams designing mechanical systems and knowledge of relevant codes
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Experience with projects in restaurant, grocery, retail, or healthcare sectors is beneficial
