Mechanical HVAC Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mechanical Technician to support HVAC and plumbing design for various projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare HVAC and plumbing design drawings using AutoCAD and Revit for all project phases
• Assist mechanical engineers with system layouts and design development
• Coordinate mechanical designs with other disciplines and support construction administration efforts

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in Mechanical, HVAC, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience supporting HVAC and plumbing design in an engineering or consulting environment
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and working knowledge of Revit for mechanical systems
• Fundamental understanding of HVAC and basic knowledge of plumbing systems
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications
