Mechanical Maintenance Instructor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Maintenance & Technical (M&T) Instructor - remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop M&T training processes, programs, and procedures to meet internal and external regulatory requirements
• Create and implement a strategy for initial accreditation of training programs
• Prepare trainee evaluations and exams across various learning environments and maintain compliant training records

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of commercial nuclear power plant mechanical maintenance experience; military experience may substitute
• Expertise in analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating M&T training programs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Understanding of regulatory impacts and accountability in nuclear operations
• Flexible and adaptable to changes in plant design, procedures, or project needs
