Mechanical Piping BIM Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mechanical Piping BIM Specialist Piping (Revit).

Key Responsibilities

• Model various trades including Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) based on project scope
• Ensure high-quality modeling and coordination, detecting conflicts during initial information review
• Manage self-directed modeling tasks and study relevant trade information as needed

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
• Advanced English proficiency
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Mechanical/HVAC or plumbing/piping engineering
• Hands-on experience with Revit and Navisworks (or similar)
• Technical expertise in modeling and coordinating multiple MEP trades
