Job Summary

A company is looking for a Job Captain Mech/Plumbing to lead multidisciplinary modeling teams across complex architectural and engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor modelers, ensuring adherence to project standards and timelines
• Proactively identify missing or conflicting information and manage RFIs and RFCs
• Conduct in-depth Quality Control reviews and influence modeling strategies for seamless collaboration

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Mechanical or civil engineering bachelor's degree
• Over 5 years of experience using Revit and Navisworks for large-scale MEP projects
• Solid experience modeling HVAC and plumbing systems in Revit
• Experience managing project budgets and teams of modelers
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
