Mechanical Project Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a hybrid Mechanical Project Manager, the successful candidate will oversee project documentation, manage budgets, and ensure timely completion of construction projects while collaborating with various teams and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage all project documentation and schedules, ensuring successful project hand-off and execution
• Prepare and manage construction budgets, including obtaining permits and finalizing billing schedules
• Collaborate with subcontractors and field personnel to ensure project safety, quality, and profitability

Required qualifications

• Previous project management experience or a BS/BA degree in Building Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• PMP, CCM, or equivalent certification is preferred
• OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR training
• Extensive experience managing construction project budgets
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in a supervisory role
